Strength's: Technical, Materials, Supplier Management. Charlie has recently started his own company 'Sweet Appeal', after completing a consultative project with a major Confectionary Manufacturer on transit and retail ready packaging. Charlie previously worked for 9 years at Thorntons, where he had responsibility for all packaging development activity in a fast moving, highly innovative environment, for own brand and third party customers. Prior to that Charlie spent 23 years at Avon Cosmetics, where for 11 years he gained vast experience in a production atmosphere, with these skills it was a natural move into packaging development to enhance quality and efficiencies whilst maintaining excellent products. |
